I have received an alert, what should I do?
OdySight allows you to remotely check your visual parameters. If your results indicate a change from threshold determined by your application, an alert is sent to you by text and email. It is then recommended that you contact your clinician to discuss it, and possibly set up an appointment.

You can find the phone number for your clinician in the OdySight app. When you are on the map, click the Help (?) button on top of your screen. A menu will unfold, with Your Clinician on top of the list. When you click that button, the phone number of your clinician is displayed. If you use OdySight on a mobile phone, the app will let you start a call.
