Lost keycode
You can’t find your keycode, or the one you are using does not work anymore?

Follow these steps to get a new one:

  1. Open the OdySight application and click on Enter.
  2. Read and accept the Terms of use.
  3. On the keycode page, wait a few seconds to see a I lost it button appear. Click on it.
Click on the "I lost it" button
4. Write your email adress in the dedicated field and click on Send.
5. You will then receive a SMS and an email containing a new keycode. Use it in the app.
6. Choose a personal password and click on Validate.
7. Confirm your new password by typing it again, and check the remember me box if you don’t want to type your password each time you open the app* then click on Connection to access to OdySight.

You will then be able to continue the OdySight journey.

* The use of OdySight is strictly personal. We discourage you to use the remember me box on a device that is not your own.
