Why is my vision test locked?
The OdySight algorithm determines which tests should be done, and how often. That’s why when you open the OdySight app for the first time in a day, a new vision test might be required. If one of your tests is locked, it means that you did not do your required test yet. In order to unlock the tests:

  • Open your app and enter your password.
  • Within the app, click the exclamation mark at the bottom right corner of the screen to display the list of tests.
  • Start the required test, displayed in red.
Once you complete the test, the other tests will be unlocked and you should be able to launch them.
