Your vision tests must be done between 14 and 18 inches from the screen. During your tests, if you feel like the distance is below 14in or above 18in, please contact the OdySight Support Team at supportUS@odysight.appand give the reference of your device.
If you struggle to keep your device at the right distance, you can use a stable support like the OdySight Box or a table. By doing so, you will be able to do your tests without worrying about the stability of your tablet or smartphone.
