Can’t find your keycode or the one you are using doesn’t work anymore*? Follow these steps to get a new one:
- Open the OdySight application and click “Enter”.
- Read and accept the Terms of use.
- On the keycode page, wait a few seconds to see a “I lost it” button appear. Click it.
Click the “I lost it” button
- Write your email address in the dedicated field and click “Send”.
- You will then receive a SMS and an email containing a new keycode. Use it in the app.
- Choose a personal password and click “Validate”.
- Confirm your new password by typing it again and check the remember me box if you don’t want to type your password each time you open the app** then click “Connection” to access OdySight.
You will then be able to continue the OdySight journey.
* An OdySight keycode will remain active for 30 days.
