You can find this contact in the app. When you are on the map, click the Help button (?) on top of the screen. A menu will unfold. The Contact us button is second on this list. Click on it and you will be redirected to your email box with an already filled-in email addressed to the OdySight Support Team. Complete the email by explaining your problem and give the reference of your device. Send the message and we will reply as soon as possible.
