Can’t find your keycode or the one you are using doesn’t work anymore*? Follow these steps to get a new one:

• Open the OdySight application and click “Enter”.
• Read and accept the Terms of use.
• On the keycode page, wait a few seconds to see a “I lost it” button appear. Click it.
• Write your email address in the dedicated field and click “Send”.
• You will then receive a SMS and an email containing a new keycode. Use it in the app.
• Choose a personal password in 4 digit-code and click “Validate”.
• Confirm your new password by typing the 4 digit-code again and check the remember me box if you don’t want to type your password each time you open the app** then click “Connection” to access OdySight.

You will then be able to continue the OdySight journey.
