How can I delete my account?

You have the possibility to delete your account clicking on the information menu represented by the icon with three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen. You will then see the Help menu (?). To delete your account, click on the ‘Legal’ menu represented by the shield icon at the bottom right of the screen. In this section you will find a ‘Delete my account’ button.

A window asking you to confirm the deletion of your data will be open. Click on “yes” then on “Send your request by email”. You may then write us your request.

Once you click on the “delete my account” button, the request is sent to our DPO (dpo@tilakhealthcare.com) to be processed internally.

You will then receive a confirmation that your saved results have been deleted.

For the data stored in your device, they will be deleted until you uninstall OdySight from your device.
