Your visual tests must be performed at a distance between 35 and 45 cm (between 14 and 18 inches from the screen). If during your tests the distance seems less than 35cm or more than 45cm, contact OdySight Support at supportUS@odysight.app, and tell us the model of your device.
If you are having trouble keeping your device at the required distance, we recommend using a stable surface such as the OdySight box or a table. You can then do your tests without worrying about the stability of your tablet or phone. We also advise you to check the instructions in order to do your tests under the correct conditions.
